Shipping Information...
Goods will generally be shipped within 24hrs of payment of the goods in full.
Please note that we do not ship to, or sell to, anyone located outside of Australia
without being contacted directly by those persons. We will then verify the person and
provide a quote for the total cost including shipping to your destination. All international
orders will be sent using Australia Post International Registered Service which requires a
signature of the receiving person at the destination.
All items within Australia are sent either Registered Post or Express Post via
Australia Post. All Registered and Express Post items can be tracked via the
tracking number provided by us at
http://www.australiapost.com.au/track/
Please note that Australia Post can sometimes take a few days to update the website
with tracking information.
Returns Information...
Returns will not be accepted without prior returns authorisation. Please contact us before you ship any goods back to us so that the return can be tracked. Failure to do this could result in the item being misplaced or returned to you in the same condition.
